The music on this album has been specially composed to soothe and calm young babies and children. It has a repetitive element that they can quickly relate to and over time becomes a comforting vibrational sound that they associate with being with the warmth and safety of Mum or Dad. This album features notes compiled by Dr. White and music specially composed by Anthony Miles.

Dr. Craig White is a General Practitioner in Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire. He qualified from St. Bartholemew's Hospital medical school in 1990. He has worked in inner city London as well as in more rural areas before settling into family practice. His pediatric experience was gained in Stoke Mandeville Hospital where he worked for six months, including three months on the special care baby unit. He is married with two young daughters.
