Dry Dates contains about 75% carbohydrates of which 8% is dietary fibers. Dates are a good source of Vit A, B complex and Vit K. Dates provide a wide range of essential nutrients and very good source of dietary potassium. The sugar content of dried dates is about 80%, the reminder consist of protein, fiber and trace elements.
